  1. Damaged/Misprinted/Defective Items: If you have received an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we request that you contact us within 30 days after the product has been received. Please send us an email at support@optimismthreads.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or damage if possible. Our team will evaluate the claim and respond as quickly as possible to address your concerns. If the claim is deemed an error on our part or our provider's part, a replacement item will be issued at no additional cost.

  2. Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In your claim, please provide your order number and tracking information if available. After investigating with the courier, if the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement at our expense. Please note that a claim for a lost item can only be made if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase was correct.

  3. Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, providing the order number and a description of the issue. If the mistake is identified as being our fault or our provider's fault, we will rectify the error as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

Please note that returns due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, design) or errors in order entry are not covered under this policy. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to review your order before submission.
